This Refund and Return Policy explains how PraevaleLabs handles cancellations, returns, replacements, shipping concerns, and refund requests for research-use-only products sold through our website.
Because PraevaleLabs products are intended strictly for laboratory and research use, all purchases should be reviewed carefully before checkout. This policy explains when orders may be cancelled, when returns are not accepted, and the limited circumstances in which a replacement, refund, store credit, or resolution may be provided.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, PraevaleLabs treats all research compound products as final sale items. We do not accept returns for products ordered by mistake, products no longer needed, refused shipments, or products returned after delivery due to customer preference. This policy reflects the nature of research materials, packaging integrity standards, and product handling requirements.
Orders may only be cancelled if the cancellation request is received and confirmed before fulfillment, processing, or shipment begins. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation. If a cancellation request is approved before shipment, any refund will generally be issued to the original payment method, less any nonrecoverable processing, payment, or fraud-review costs where permitted by law.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains incorrect items, you must contact PraevaleLabs within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the package, shipping label, and received products. If we verify that the issue resulted from shipping damage, fulfillment error, or packaging issues on our side, we may offer a replacement, reshipment, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
The following items are generally non-returnable:
- Opened, used, tampered-with, or modified products.
- Products returned without original packaging, labeling, or order verification.
- Items damaged after delivery due to improper storage, handling, or customer actions.
- Orders refused during transit or returned because of incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
- Promotional, discounted, clearance, custom, or explicitly marked final-sale products.
PraevaleLabs will make commercially reasonable efforts to ship orders within the estimated processing timeline displayed on our website. If unexpected delays occur and we cannot ship within the originally stated timeframe, we may contact you with updated information and, where applicable, provide the option to continue waiting or request cancellation for any unshipped items.
When PraevaleLabs approves a refund, refunds are generally issued back to the original payment method used during checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, banking institution, card issuer, or fraud-review procedures. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund is related to a verified error on our part or otherwise required by applicable law.
If only part of an order is affected by a verified issue, we may limit any refund to the affected product or affected portion of the order, including any shipping charges that are legally required to be refunded.
If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact PraevaleLabs directly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. We reserve the right to challenge chargebacks or payment reversals where order records, tracking details, communications, fraud-prevention systems, or delivery confirmation indicate that an order was validly placed, processed, and delivered.
